Unfortunately I missed the first two episodes of Planet Food. However I did watch yesterdays episode which was filmed in the Cote d'Or, and Burgundy.

Featured in this programme was a recipe consisting of a Tart Base, with Dijon Mustard spread on the base of the tarte, then filled with Tomatoes and Onions, cooked, then covered in grated cheese.

I thought I would try this recipe, but having looked at the Planet Food website, I cannot find the recipe and its instructions.

Can you advise me where I can get the recipe from, or if you have it available. I apologise, but I do not have the name of the dish. I have the ingredients, and intended on cooking this for dinner this evening.

Hopefully you can help.

Kind Regards.

Chris.

Yes there are more Planet Food shows on the way. Plus 6 episodes of World Café Asia which will include: Malacca, Jakarta, Manila, Dacca and Sri Lanka.

We're also planning a new production "Bobby Chinn Cooks Asia" which will focus on different Asian culinary themes like: hot food, spicy food, fusion, vegetarian and desserts. The show will also cover food history, ingredients, cooking techniques, plus utensils and gadgets used.

Watch this space...
