Hospice de Beaune
The Hospice de Beaune is sensational. Originally a hospital
for the poor hence its name, they were given some vineyards
and now make some of the best local wine. Today the hospice
is an interesting museum.

Chez Paul is a chain of bakers found all
over France. They do excellent pastries and a fine selection

winegrower and help the family and friends pick the grapes.
The Planet Food crew teamed up with Benjamin
