Hospice de Beaune
The Hospice de Beaune is sensational. Originally a hospital
for the poor hence it’s name, they were given some vineyards
and now make some of the best local wine. Today the hospice
is an interesting museum.

Chez Paul is a chain of bakers found all
over France. They do excellent pastries and a fine selection
of sandwiches, freshly made on site. Chez Paul can be found

During the wine harvest it is possible to stay with a local
winegrower and help the family and friends pick the grapes.
The Planet Food crew teamed up with Benjamin
Borgnat who is very young enthusiastic wine maker.
Benjamin takes on a handful of young ‘winos’ each
year to help with the harvest. However if you don’t want
to pick you can taste and buy, he has a delicious selection.
