Puebla

Oaxaca

This is one of Oaxaca's most colourful markets which takes
place every weekend. Vendors come from all over the state

pumpkin and corn juice, fried grasshoppers
and squash blossom tortillas
Veracruz
Veracruz is the state known for its top quality vanilla and
