Presenters: Zay Harding and Megan McCormick

This programme delivers two fantastically different adventures. In the first, we see trekker Zay Harding attempt to climb one of Asia's highest peaks - Mount Trikora. With his Dani guides, Mount Trikora proves to be a mountain of ominous proportions. The weather closes in, the host gets lost and what happens next - watch and travel with Zay on a personal adventure with a more serious twist.

In part two, Megan McCormick visits the Turks & Caicos islands for some of the top diving in the Caribbean. This virtually undiscovered archipelago is a collection of forty islands and cays. Megan visits the local fisherman, who still free dive for conch, a major food staple and a tradition that dates back to the 19th century.
