Bobby Chinn visits The Pink City of Jaipur in India – a land of sand dunes, lakes, palaces and forts.
Here he visits to Milk Lane to see the various types of dairy products being traded there. He then proceeds to Choki Dhani, an ethnic village where he eats and learns more about Rajasthan cuisine.
After a walk at Lal Khothi Market, Bobby joins Jotika Singh, a local restauranteur to cook Dal Bati Churma, which is a cross between a wheat and lentil cereal dish.
Lastly, at the luxurious heritage hotel - Narain Niwas - the owner Man Singh invites Bobby to a traditional royal feast. Man Singh is also an enthusiastic cook and shows Bobby how to prepare Safad Mas, a delicious local lamb dish. |
